RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are handled for purchases made through ANYAMBIENCE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Final Sale & Change of Mind
All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference, provided the item is delivered as described.
We provide detailed product information — including sizing, materials, and care instructions — to support informed purchasing decisions. Please review all details carefully prior to placing an order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery at [your support email], including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the defect or error
Upon verification:
- A replacement item will be dispatched at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Returns Not Accepted
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or sizing errors not caused by mislabeling
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without authorization
- Final sale, discounted, or custom-made items
4. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers after the parcel has left our facility. All risks during transit rest with the courier and customer.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) to twenty (20) business days from the date we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Disputes and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; otherwise, jurisdiction shall rest with Thai courts.
